I loved coaching, but I wanted to make a bigger impact.
In 2016, I moved to Canada, became a dad for the first time, and transitioned into full-time personal training.
Working face-to-face on the gym floor, I saw firsthand how proper coaching could completely transform someone’s confidence, strength, and mindset.
But I also saw a problem
Traditional personal training was expensive.
Most people simply couldn’t afford multiple PT sessions per week, and as a result, they never got the consistent coaching they needed to see real progress.
Wanting to reach more people, I expanded into online coaching in 2017.
Now I could provide structured training programs, expert guidance, and online accountability to clients, no matter where they were in the world.
It solved the affordability issuebut it did come with its downsides.
Online training lacked the hands-on support that so many people needed.
Following a program is one thing, but without in-person guidance, progress was slower, and mistakes were harder to fix.
In-person training was highly effective, but without multiple sessions per week, people struggled with consistency.

The Hybrid Method combines the best aspects of in-person personal training with online coaching. You get hands-on coaching when needed and a structured, personalized plan to follow on your own, with ongoing support and accountability to ensure progress.
You’ll have one in-person session per month where I check your form, provide technique feedback, and adjust your program as needed. In between, you follow a structured plan with full support and accountability.
No, you don’t need a specific gym membership. Our 1-1 sessions are at my home gym and The Hybrid Method can be designed for home workouts, gym training, or a mix of both—whatever works best for your lifestyle.
Between sessions, you’ll follow a customized training plan with:
